Eden Lodge Booking Policy

Welcome to Eden Lodge. Our Booking Policy is designed to ensure a smooth reservation process for all guests.

Reservations

• Reservations can be made through our website, by telephone, email, or in person at the reception.
• All bookings are subject to room availability.
• A booking confirmation will be sent once your reservation has been successfully processed.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM
• Check-out Time: By 12:00 PM (Noon)

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to room availability. Additional charges may apply.

Identification

Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport during check-in.

Payment

• Payment may be made by cash, bank transfer, mobile money, debit card, or credit card (where available).
• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm certain reservations.
• All room rates are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.

Occupancy

Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the booked room. Additional guests may incur extra charges.

Children

Children are welcome at Eden Lodge. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Special Requests

Special requests such as airport transfers, extra beds, or room preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Group Bookings

Group reservations may require a deposit and separate booking terms.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect hotel property, staff, and fellow guests throughout their stay.
