Eden Lodge Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Eden Lodge. By making a reservation or staying at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Eden Lodge.

Rates

Room rates are subject to change without prior notice but confirmed reservations will honor the agreed rate.

Payment

Guests agree to settle all outstanding charges before departure unless otherwise arranged.

Guest Conduct

Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and hotel property. Illegal activities, excessive noise, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. Smoking in non-smoking rooms may result in additional cleaning fees.

Pets

Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval has been granted by hotel management.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their valuables. Eden Lodge is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless required by applicable law.

Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure guest safety, Eden Lodge shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a guest's stay.

Force Majeure

Eden Lodge shall not be responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Changes to These Terms

Eden Lodge reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the hotel's website.
